100 m2 holiday home, Fjellerup/900 m to beach

100 sqm. home with room for the whole family. Undisturbed location close to beach and forest. Fjellerup town has a restaurant, shopping, bakery and large playground within a 3-minute drive. On the beach you will find an ice cream shop and a fish shop. Nearby are Djurs Sommerland (15 min.), Ree Park Safari, Mols Bjerge and several golf courses. Good area for running and cycling with several landscaped routes through forest and beach areas. The house contains three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

A cozy attic bedroom features a sloped wood-paneled ceiling with a circular window allowing soft light to enter. A spacious bed is neatly made with a light-colored duvet, while a wooden chair is positioned beside it on the light wooden floor.

Sommerhus Lærkereden

Velkommen til vores selvbyggede sommerhus på 120m2. Vi byggede sommerhuset i 2023-24, med henblik på at skabe et unikt sted, hvor frihed og god stemning er centrale elementer. Huset rummer 4 værelser, to høje hemse, et multirum med poolbord, køkken alrum og sofa stue. Udenfor er der 105m2 terasse, et stort bord og grill. Huset kan have op til 13 overnattende, men er ideel til 8-10 personer. Huset er vores øjesten, som vi gerne deler med andre. Vi håber at gæster passer godt på vores guldklump.

Husets adresse er Tranevej 22 i Fjellerup. Boligen ligger 250 m. fra børnevenlig strand. Huset er hyggeligt, I kan sidde ugenert og nyde solen. Der er 50 km til Århus med Aros, Den Gamle By og Moesgaard. Der er 12 km til Djurs Sommerland, 500 meter til Vaffelbageriet. . Der en en god legeplads i Fjellerup by overfor Brugsen. Boligen er opvarmet med en luft til luftpumpe og radiatorer. Radiatorerne i de to soverum med enkeltsenge virker ikke. Huset lejes ud min. i 5 dage i samme lejeperiode.

Enjoy a fantastic view of the sea from this modern first-row summer house. Here, you will find a sauna, a large hot tub, the opportunity to stargaze from the wilderness bath or enjoy the flames from the bonfire. The house has a lovely kitchen and living room in one. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. The house has a heat pump. There is also a large terrace that provides shelter and sun all day. The children will love the swing and sandbox.

Skønt sommerhus kun 400 m. fra stranden

Hyggeligt og velholdt sommerhus i gåafstand til børnevenlig badestrand tæt ved skov og natur. Huset er i et plan med plads til 5-6 gæster og et anneks med plads til 2. I soveværelset er der en seng på 160x200 og i stuen en sovesofa med ca. samme størrelse, når den er slået ud, i det andet værelse er der en seng på 120x200, hvor der er plads til at 2 børn/unge. Annekset indeholder en seng på 140x200, det er isoleret og har radiator. Nogle vil synes, at 7 voksne er for mange pga husets str.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og udsigt over steppen. Prærien er rolig og ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med skov i baghaven og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften omkring bålet. I skovene omkring lejligheden er der rige muligheder for at opleve dyrene samt den dejlige natur området byder på. Gode indkøbs muligheder indenfor 5 til 10 minutters kørsel afhængig hvilken købmand der vælges.

Lille sommerhus i skovgårde på 42 kvm med tilhørende anneks. 2 sovepladser i huset og 2 i annekset. Ligger i roligt område med ca 600-700 til vandet med fin bade strand. Seværdigheder i nærheden kan nævnes Djurs sommerland ca 10 km og med kørsel på ca 30 minutter finder man Randers regnskov, skandinavisk dyrepark, fregatten Jylland, Kattegat centeret og Ree park.

This is the place to go with kids. Secluded, closed 1400m2 garden, nearby beach with shallow water and small waves. Slow living, playing games, reading a book, swimming, eating ice cream, laying in the sun, catching crabs with the kids. We provide two SUP boards (and lifewests) for water fun. Separate annex with own bathroom.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem schönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus von Helle. Der Garten ist richtig groß, es gibt sogar ein großes Trampolin, das in der Beschreibung garnicht erwähnt wurde. Vielen Dank!

A very beautiful location equipped with everything you need, cleanliness, tranquility and relaxation spaces for the whole family from children to adults (parks, indoor and outdoor pools, spa). Everything was excellent.

Vi var en familie på 16 personer, der tilbragte weekenden i sommerhuset. Et yderst velfungerende sommerhus med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Med 4 små børn var det genialt med lyddæmpende lofter. En enkelt gang i løbet af weekenden måtte vi kontakte udlejer. Og her oplevede vi en hurtig responstid. Sommerhuset var rent og pænt ved ankomst. Så alt i alt en god og positiv oplevelse.

Jeg og fire veninder havde en vidunderlig weekend i Bjarkes sommerhus. Huset er smukt indrettet og det virker som om, at intet er overladt til tilfældighederne. Gå afstand til stranden, som virker meget børnevenlig og til den bedste iskiosk - Vaffelhuset. Der kan være noget fodkoldt, så det var dejligt, at have de varme sutsko med. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Kristians Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Sommerhaus war sehr modern und durchdacht eingerichtet. Alles war sehr ansprechend. Der Garten und die Terrasse runden das Bild ab. Der nahegelegene Strand war sehr schön, bei Sonne klasklares Wasser und wegen der Sandbank ideal mit Kindern. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Gern wieder.

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen eine wundervolle Woche in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus von Dorte und Flemming verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Wohn- und Eßbereich ist sehr geräumig und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einfach toll ist der große Garten mit Whirlpool, Feuerstelle, Ballspielen, Dartscheibe.... Innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten ist man am Strand und am Hafen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!
