The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. 2 bedrooms - 1) double bed and 2) two single beds. In addition: A cozy alcove in the living room with two sleeping places. The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Summer house Lærkereden

Welcome to our self-built 120m2 cottage. We built the cottage in 2023-24, with the aim of creating a unique place where freedom and a good atmosphere are key elements. The house has 4 rooms, two high attics, a multi-room with pool table, kitchen and living room with sofa. Outside there is a 105 m2 terrace, a large table and a barbecue. The house can accommodate up to 13 overnight stays, but is ideal for 8-10 people. The house is our apple of our eye, which we like to share with others. We hope guests take good care of our little gem.

There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
