Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

One of the best stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed for a long weekend stay where we cooked every day for 14 people. The farmhouse was gorgeous and the perfect size for our group of 8 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of parking. We did add the cottage for an extra bedroom. If the farmhouse and cottage were booked at the same time by different people, the stay may have felt less private and peaceful. The yard was fully fenced in which was perfect for our kids. The checkout instructions were clear and not onerous. We would stay again.

Kelsey's attention to detail is outstanding, and great at communication. She has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable and feel right at home. I appreciate the comfortable bed and all the complementary items. I absolutely love this house and will stay here again in our next trip to Chico. if you're looking for a place in Chico without missing home, this is your place. I absolutely recommend it.

We showed up to a beautiful clean property with local cinnamon rolls and farm fresh eggs for the chickens on the property. The accommodations were everything and more. If you are looking to get away and unwind this is the place for you!! Beautiful grounds, refreshing pool, orchards to walk around and porches everywhere to soak in all the peace and quiet. Nathan was super responsive on all our questions and the house was EVERYTHING and more!

We were very pleased with this Home. We came down for a high school graduation of our granddaughter with a lot of family. The house suited us very well. Everyone had their privacy, but we had great entertainment area as well. We were very pleased if the occasion arises again where we need such a large place we will visit right here

The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.
