The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.

Well equipped in accessible area to amenities, only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area . Plenty places within driving distance. The cateran trail is on the doorstep for walkers . Choice of golf courses for those who play. Reekie Lynn waterfall is just around the corner from the cottage.
