The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. We had such a wonderful stay with Carol and Sean! The place is absolutely amazing for kids-my son had the time of his life. Sean was incredible with him, taking the time to show him all the animals and making him feel so special. It’s totally geared towards little ones, which made it so much easier for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The accommodation had everything we needed in the kitchen, and there were some really thoughtful touches left for us that made us feel so welcome. Carol and Sean clearly put a lot of care into making this a perfect family getaway. Can’t recommend it highly enough—we’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay in Clara, a great base for a weekend of athletes in Tullamore. The accommodation had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Gerry was a great host and very kindly gave us a lift into Tullamore saving us a taxi ride. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

A serene spot in a buzzing town. On a quiet road, but very close to some good places to eat and just outside Town Centre. I felt welcome immediately and found the room spotless. Special mention goes to the great bed where I slept until my alarm went off. Margaret and her husband are friendly and helpful. This is a place where I will surely come back to.
