This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

The accomodation was very comfortable and of a high standard. The location was excellent with amenities and transport easily accessible, however, it was noisy. Sanjay was a good host and prompt communicator. Will recommend to visitors.

Vinnie’s unit is well appointed and newly renovated inside. We really loved it as it was modern and perfect for a couple. The TV & internet were just excellent for watching the Olympics. The AC worked a treat and kept us warm as it was freezing outside. Very comfy bed, kitchen was well stocked up with utensils, bathroom floor was heated. It was so handy to public transport, shops and eateries. Definitely will stay again.

Cozy and quiet; spotlessly clean with all modern appliances. No detail was too much trouble for them including making sure that my preferred milk was available. Friendly communication at every step meant that I knew exactly what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. I would stay there again every time I am looking for accommodation.

The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean when I arrived, the comms from Mark, my host were great. The location was perfect and only a couple of minutes walk from Auburn train station which took me to the centre of Melbourne in about 20 minutes . I will definitely book with Mark again on my next visit to Melbourne.

Great play, excellent communication and handy location to trains and trams

We had a lovely stay. Loved the location with Tram stop right out the front. Place was clean and tidy with everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay and had everything in it that you could possibly need. Breakfast items, fruit, cheese & crackers was a lovely find in the fridge.

This is a lovely apartment with stylish interiors, calming vibes and classic comforts. Tranquil elevated position in the tree tops, surrounded by lush greenery from every window. The huge bed is supremely comfortable, the sweet balcony relaxing and Sara has made sure everything is clean and all the necessities are covered. Location is great - a short walk up to Glenferrie Rd shops (Fleischer Cakes is a must), High St Armadale boutiques and cafes, and pretty parks like Malvern Gardens. Thank you Sara for a peaceful stay in picturesque Malvern.

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

Great spacious apartment. Perfect location , close to trams. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and feels homey and less like an air bnb. Very comfortable, clean and good size. Dan was always very responsive whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend.

Dan & Paul’s stay is a cozy, very well located and they are always very responsive on messages. Check in was smooth and quick, and for us in a business trip, we could walk to the convention centre and back with such good views and everything around us walk in distance Thanks guys, will staying over again next time. A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

The house is right opposite The District Docklands, which I really want to find. The host was very helpful with the instructions and quick to reply. The house itself was very nice, clean and have all the essential amenities to make my stay comfortable and feels like home. The view was superb and pretty. Highly recommended!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.
