Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Välkomna att hyra vårt annex med centralt läge i underbara Åhus. Läget är nära till allt men ändå lugnt och skönt. Annexet är nytt och på hela 55kvm . Det har alla bekvämligheter ni behöver på semestern. Skön dubbelsäng med hotellkänsla. Fullt utrustat kök. Egen mysig grillplats/uteplats. Bra WiFi och Tv med Chromecast. I detta vackra hus bor du rymligt och med egen trädgård mitt i Simrishamn. Det är nära till hav, strand och härliga promenader. Du har stans restauranger runt hörnet men också en härlig miljö för att laga mat, grilla och njuta i underbar miljö. Köket är fantastiskt för den som älskar att laga mat och utanför dörren finns både grill och generös matplats i solen. Huset har härlig atmosfär och många behagliga rum för att umgås, ett mysigt bibliotek och charmig veranda. Här finns plats att njuta.

Te och toapapper 4 sängplatser, 2 av dem på sovloftet som barn älskar. 2 hästar, en katt och två kaniner finns. 2 km till mataffär i byn. Ljuvlig natur, och café i skogen (helger). Skånes 3 bästa spa i närheten. 15 min m bil till Sjöbo.
