“The Bear” Roundhouse is an absolute delight. Super cosy with floor heating and a wood heater, huge bed, and stunning views down the valley towards Cygnet, which can be enjoyed from the big outdoor bath on the deck. The rammed earth, curved construction adds to the charm, which you can only experience being there, the photos just can’t do the place justice. Highly highly recommended stay for families with the greatest, cosy kids bunk room I have ever seen, and friendly goats to feed in the field next door. Scottee was great with communication, checkin was super easy, and he even had some homemade produce ready for us on arrival. A perfect place to stay and enjoy the Huon area. Thanks Scottee, will definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . Loved watching the light change as the sun went down . Thank you Jennifer and team .

Jane and Phil were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Their accommodation had great views over Glaziers Bay. It was in a quiet, country location. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you would want. A choice of a lovely log fire and air conditioning. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book again when we next visit Tasmania.
