Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

It is in a beautiful, picturesque valley leading into the Mountains and offering complete privacy. It is fully fenced with direct access into the forest. There is a large terrace, a covered terrace with a fireplace and a relaxing garden with a view. Parking is available directly in front of the cottage. There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

Romantic wooden house in the western part of the Ore Mountains, 620 m above sea level. Enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, go cycling, climbing, skiing or just take a walk deep in the forest! In the evening you relax in our cozy wooden house under the pine trees, so that new adventures await you in the largest contiguous forest in Central Europe the next day. The Grünhäuschen is located on the grounds of the former municipal office, protected from traffic noise, under pine trees.

The bright, Scandinavian-style cottage is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Ore Mountains. 15 minutes by car from the beautiful and often underestimated Chemnitz, (European Capital of Culture '25), 200 m next to a bike and hiking trail, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature in the surrounding places or allows hikes to the nearby castles Lichtenwalde and Augustusburg.
