Bright apartment in a natural location on the outskirts

Our beautiful apartment with terrace is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance in a quiet residential area on the outskirts. The nice thing about us: You are in the great outdoors in no time. Whether on foot or by bike, you can get to our beautiful Black Forest. All around there are beautiful hiking tours, e.g. in the Zinsbach Valley. On Tuesdays and Fridays, at about 8 AM the baker's cart comes with the most delicious of all wood-fired oven breads :-)

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and all sorts of things.

Here you get something special - did you have such a view?? You live in an attic apartment, in an exposed location, with about 70 sqm - newly renovated. You will have the entire floor to yourselves. Beautiful first-high living room and bedroom. In the bedroom there is a screen, but no darkening. Modern kitchen, bath, study and hall. Exposed balcony with gigantic views of the Glatttal.
