Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Enjoy this 390 m2 architect's house (including 100 m2 in the basement) with all the comforts, 20 km from Geneva and 30 minutes. The pool is 28 degrees and you will enjoy the sauna-sanarium, an 80 m2 living room with its original fireplace (wood provided), a fully equipped 40 m2 bulthaup kitchen, televisions in the bedrooms, all in a quiet and relaxing site. Enjoy a game of darts, trampoline and badminton net in a beautiful, fully enclosed garden.

Fully equipped studio apartment. Welcoming with its 22m2 space offers a feeling of timeless comfort created for special moments and a peaceful stay. Its 140x200cm double bed guarantees quality sleep. By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. Payment methods : Cash or via Airbnb's resolution center.
