When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.

Great for breakfast or lunch in the sun :-) The location is great: - The slopes are 400 m away on foot. - Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail at the foot of the building. - The baths and the small cinema are 200 m away. - Bakery, Sherpa, restaurants and shops are 300 m away. La Grave: Architect-designed house with unique views

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
