We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Clelia is a very friendly and helpful hostess. You feel comfortable and welcome. We were provided with delicious food. Everything was there, very nice! We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment and amazing host. The apartment on a next level its very clean and big and has all the things you need and more. The details of arranging the apartment was spot on. Addition to that the hosts were very friendly and helpful from the moment we reached until we left. It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. Great place to stay, nice and sunny place.

We felt very comfortable here. The area is quiet, bus stop right outside the door but still no noise from buses etc. We were lucky to park right outside the door in the white marked parking spaces (free). There are a few stairs before you get into the apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Highly recommended

OMG we’re coming back asap!! The family (10 people) spent a great time there to celebrate my wife successful PhD defence. Highly recommended!

Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

Beautiful 'home away from home' with stunning views in a quiet town on the lake. Simona is the perfect host - warm, friendly and helpful. She put together an outstanding welcome package with everything you need to start your vacation! There is a lush garden with a resident turtle who appreciates daily treats of diced apple. The cafeteria Aurora at the corner serves simple local food and a delicious pizza. We picked up some pasta and produce at the little mini mart down the street and enjoyed a home cooked dinner on the porch overlooking the lake. The ferry in Urio is a short walk away and connects to all major tourist spots. We especially enjoyed the short ride to Nesso to see the waterfall. Overall, the Casina delle Rosa is a great location to unwind, take scenic walks, and build some wonderful memories of Lake Como. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience.
