Bellinzona-sud highway exit is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is a 25-minute walk away. Great for hiking and biking.

It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and for a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood-burning stove, NOT AVAILABLE FROM JANUARY 12 TO FEBRUARY 10. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
