"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. My home is a small nest with an enchanting view of Lake Como. It is very new, totally refurbished in july 2020. Modernly equipped, smart TV, air conditioning, new kitchen and new stuff. It is very closed to Perledo Center, with all the service available: market, postal service, pharmacy, bar restaurant at 400 mt. Private parking available.
