Lovely private guest apartment in rural surroundings close to the Limfjord. The property is beautifully situated along the Marguerit route north of the Limfjord. It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy the lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. Bathing friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. Funkisvilla in Gistrup, a city outside Aalborg. The house appears newly renovated, but is used to being used. It's high ceilings in several ways. The rent includes electricity, heating and water where we expect normal consumption. If you need to fill a large pool, please agree on a price. We have Clever electric charging stations for car, which can be used if you have this. The house is left neat and clean, but you do not need to perform a clinical cleaning. We provide linens and towels.
