Detached cabin, self catering, on decking next to main residence Ideal for out and about couple. Wonderful open outlook with views over River Dee. Too small for 3 adults. Max 1 dog. A double bed, with storage underneath, a single CHAIR bed, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, airfryer, toaster, dishes, etc, WC & shower. There is no hob or oven. Towels, bed linen, usual necessities. Heating; portable oil filled radiators. A nice river side walk into town. Safe off road parking, room for bikes.

Relax in the wood fired hot tub, sauna & plunge pool (extra fee applies). 10 mins from Loch Trool, mountain bike trails, wild swimming spots & hiking routes, guests are perfectly placed to explore this unspoilt region.

Built in 2000, the Annexe is a modern attachment to the owner’s home. Designed with privacy in mind, it is situated above the property’s double garage and is accessed by a private external stairway. In an elevated position with panoramic views over adjoining farmlands to Kirkcudbright Bay and the Solway Firth, the Annexe is a self-contained wing of the owner's recently built home. It is delightfully light and comfortable, everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday.
