The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square & Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

Top of Our House

This is an apartment on the top floor of our home in Girdwood with views of Alyeska, Fishes Breath, and Maxes Mountains. It is one mile from Alyeska ski resort, and near Virgin Creek Falls. It's a one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, TV in the bedroom, and a kitchen table and couch. It is accessible by walking up two flights of stairs on the outside of the house. We live downstairs with a toddler who you will likely hear. Sometimes four wheel drive is needed in heavy snow.

Girdwood Getaway

Brand new build, 3 bedroom townhome with 2 living rooms, 2 decks and a hot tub! Set up to be your home away from home and mountain retreat. 16 pair boot drier for ski/hiking gear, 86 inch theater TV in basement, gas fire pit on rear deck, second living area on main level. This is our personal getaway so we've outfitted it with everything we like to have to enjoy our home away from home at Alyeska.
