Vacation rentals with a patio in Giovinazzo

We started our Puglia adventure in Bari. Paola's wonderful apartment in a central, yet very quiet location was perfect for this. The entire house and apartment are very well maintained. Everything is tip top clean! The terrace was shady and very pleasant. Just around the corner in the vanity café, we started our two days. Thank you to Paola for the great hospitality and pleasant communication. Paola even received us very late in the evening after our flight was delayed. All in all, our stay was a very good experience that we would gladly recommend!!

It’s nice to staying here. The whole place is clean and big! It can host a large family! There are two small supermarkets around. But I got a chance to buy some veggies and fruits that taste very very fresh from a local farmer located in front of the supermarket. If you are going to stay at Domenico’s place, you can check out the farmer. Moreover, I had no problem finding a street parking spot around the building. The neighbors are very friendly! Also, I tried one of the restaurants that Domenico recommended. The restaurant was quite cheap compared to other restaurants in Milan and Rome! It was around eur 10 per dish with a large portion! The foods taste great 👍

We had a fantastic stay in Graziano’s flat. The location was ideal for exploring Bari and the surrounding areas given how close it was to the train station. The flat itself is comfortable, with a great balcony and was very quiet. Graziano was a fantastic and helpful host, with great recommendations and ensured we had a lovely stay.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Polignano a Mare! Vito and Valeria were very helpful and friendly throughout all communications and were flexible with our last minute check in which we really appreciated. The place was clean and very comfortable - it was even better than we had expected. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to the centre, but still quiet and peaceful. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is great too. We would definitely stay again!

It was a great and cozy place to stay. The guests were friendly and very helpful, also the apartment had all we needed for a 5 nights stay.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Rosa. Lovely room, equipped with everything you need. Pool and garden was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

The accommodation is very clean and well appointed, the location is ideal for discovering the area. We came to two couples and the place was perfect to welcome us. We'll be back with pleasure!! Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Luidgi and Frédérica are very responsive, helpful and caring hosts (small confectioneries for breakfast...) The accommodation is as described, very comfortable, true to the photos and particularly well located in a quiet and pleasant area. The proximity to the airport, train station and sea offers a prime location for visiting the area. Recommended without hesitation.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Teresa’s place was great and had such wonderful character. It was a a great location in old town near everything in Bari. Such a cool place and Teresa was a wonderful host. Would absolutely recommend. The rooftop terrace was incredible!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Great stay at Michele's, who is a very nice host. Communication was very smooth and easy and Michele gave us many recommendations. The apartment is clean, well-appointed and well-equipped. The accommodation is very well located in Bisceglie with the port, many restaurants, cafes nearby within walking distance. We recommend 100%

Beautiful accommodation within a good distance to the central station in Bari and to the old center of Bari. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was clean. The host was very accommodating on both our arrival and departure and helpful, responded quickly to messages. We definitely recommend a place to stay:-)

The perfect home for a successful stay! The apartment is equipped with everything you need, arranged with soul and very clean. It is located close to the center with bus stops nearby which makes getting around extremely easy. The host, Donato, was very responsive and attentive to our needs, giving us helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We found the recommended places slightly and our experience was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and a welcoming atmosphere!

Rosa's place is perfect. With private and enclosed parking. Quiet and close to a supermarket. 45-minute walk to the historic center. Rosa welcomed us perfectly.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea’s apartment! The space was absolutely lovely—quiet, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrea clearly takes great care in creating a welcoming environment. Conversano itself is a hidden gem in Puglia. The town is gorgeous and so underrated. We loved strolling through the charming streets within the old city walls, soaking in the history and atmosphere. There are plenty of delightful restaurants, salumerias, and shops to explore, making it a perfect destination for foodies and culture lovers alike. We would absolutely recommend Andrea’s apartment and Conversano to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful Puglian getaway. Thank you, Andrea, for such a wonderful stay!

The place was great, clean and cultured. We reached and found everything very easily. The negative thing is the water storage tank (we think it was) was loud at night and can be disturbing when sleeping. We regretted this, but otherwise it was perfect. We will recommend it. Thank you!
