Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Giovinazzo

Great hospitality, we had a great time at Arturo's. everything was as described Arturo is very attentive to his guests, very receptive and responsive. We are very happy with the holidays spent in his house. highly recommend

The place is really beautiful with an idyllic garden and terrace. Inside, the vaulted ceiling and huge bathroom are beautiful and it is a very good place to stay. Marina and her husband are very attentive, and the place is ideal for visiting all the sites of Puglia. We had a great time and felt really welcomed by great hosts. Thank you to them for their kindness and availability.

We had a great vacation, our friends did enjoy their experience as it was the first time in Puglia. For me it was a coming back home as I am from Puglia. The trulli were cozy, clean, and comfortable, the area is great to relax, and most of all it’s completely private and safe. Francesca was very kind as she extend our check out, even though she had a new reservation coming! Thanks a lot Francesca!

Large property around the house. Ideal in the hot summer as there are many shady trees. Two large terraces, one in front and one behind the house. Equipped with two garden loungers, lounge furniture and a large dining table with chairs. The property is completely fenced. Therefore, ideal for families with children and ideal for people with dogs. The house is fully equipped and spacious. Parking on site is also possible.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Such a beautiful place. The house is very comfortable and nice to be in and has everything you need. The location is amazing and it’s so beautiful on the rooftop. The hosts are lovely and very responsive. If you are going to polignano, I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

Stefania’s place exceeded out expectations. It’s ample, cute and in a great location. It’s a 15 min walk to the train station which we used to visit other areas around Bari. It’s also steps away from a beautiful beach view. All in all a walkable area surrounded by amazing food spots. She was responsive the entire time. We loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay! Gianni is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. From the beginning we were given clear and detailed instructions, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. It is enormously spacious and has beautiful authentic elements that add a lot of character to the space. A perfect stay in Polignano a Mare! Such a great location with restaurants at your doorstep and close to the main square. I slept so well, the bed was Very comfortable. The rooftop pool was an absolute bonus. Morning coffees with a view and afternoon wines in the sun before dinner. The laundry amenities make traveling easy. The hosts were very attentive within the chat and were helpful with any questions.

Apartment located in a strategic position to visit Trani as, despite being in the center, it is quiet and parking is also easily found. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. We had a very good time. Mrs. Katia who welcomed us is a very kind and helpful person.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for getting anywhere in the city, local enough not to be overrun with noise or tourists. A great local wine bar at the end of the block was perfect for an end-of-the-day or a start-of-the-evening glass of wine. We like to keep our reviews as clear as possible- PROS Location, quiet, snacks on arrival, plenty of towels, comfy bed, patio, washer, great communication CONS Hot water runs out fast, the bedroom is not closed off from other areas of the space, the shower is super small

The accommodation is very well maintained, clean and matching the description, beautiful choices of furniture and shower, too bad for the absence of natural light due to the lack of windows that is a bit noticeable. The accommodation is in a strategic location for easily reaching points of interest. We were happy with the presence of food and drink for breakfast as well as the bottles of water that were offered to us, thank you. The only flaw in addition to the lack of windows that happened to us on our visit was the lack of flexibility in the check-out time, we had been told to prepare to leave at 9 as then happened, but already from 8.45 they began to ring and knock on the door, I would have sincerely expected 9 if I had been the host, also because then at 9.05 we were already out of the accommodation. Finally, there was a misunderstanding about the management of the trash, which we apologize for, we learned afterwards that we should have thrown it away. Thank you.

As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

This apartment was our peaceful retread after busy day traveling Italy by car and exploring Bari by foot. Apartment has many wonderful design touches and each amenity worked well. Tatiana was responsive and proactive host, and when we are back this would be our first choice for stay!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Such a gorgeous setting, the place was exactly as it looked and clean, the pool and garden area was really pretty and peaceful. 10 min drive from Monopoli. Great host, the perfect stay!

Overall- incredible. In a rustic building, but the space was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with all needed items and more. Same with the bathrooms. Lots of extra bedding. No complaints about the space, but the real star of the show was the location, animals, and friendly hosts. Hectares of farmland, with beautiful view of the sunset when it’s clear. There were dogs (very friendly), cats, sheep, a pig, chickens, and ducks and geese. The staff of the farm and Nicola were all easy to talk to and friendly. The dogs did a great job of keeping the property safe! It was fun to be surrounded by real life on the farm.

Very comfortable house well located for exploring Puglia! Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, parking was free and close by.

Rossella our guest angel was brilliant before we even arrived. She helped me plan our vacation with helpful suggestions and guidance. She also organised some balloons for my daughter’s 5th birthday which was so thoughtful. And our plane was delayed but she still let us at the trullo to provide helpful advice about the property (and had organised some breakfast stuff because of our late arrival). During the holiday she was always available to answer questions and sort out our trivial issues promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Rossella. The property is delightful; peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves and the pool was brilliant for our return in the afternoon. Location wise it is fantastic; short distance to Monopoli, Alberobello etc (and supermarkets!) with longer drive to Cisternino/Locorotondo and fabulous Matera. We also spent a morning at Faslandia, which was fun for kids (although not a huge fan of safari parks). BBQs in the warm evenings absolutely perfect!

a perfect place for a perfect Italian holiday. only 10-12min by car to the centre of Bari. Some very small inconveniences were handled directly! grazie Mario ;)

We loved Villa Aurelia. It was clean and spacious and the grounds on which the property stands is expansive and lush with olive trees, which our two little dachshunds loved. We felt right at home and stayed for nearly a month. Sofia was wonderful, kind, and available. The home itself has so much character and we loved the privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the location is the perfect base in which to explore Puglia. We loved it and would come back and stay again. The standout was our lovely hostess Sofia who made sure we were always looked after. We bought some of the olive oil that they make and it is wonderful. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay- it made our 6 weeks in Puglia magnificent.

first of all Marilisa is a young host very helpful for any need and advice on places to visit and where to eat. the apartment inside the villa is very nice and comfortable with all the necessities, including wifi, TV and equipped kitchen. if you have animals no problem. I brought my dog Happy who had a great time. The outside is also beautiful with olive, lemon and cherry trees. Grandpa brought us 2 boxes. very good. we will come back and we will speak very highly of it. thank you Marilisa

We stayed there for a good week. With beautiful garden, surrounded by old olive trees and away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need; the attentive herding dog made us feel well protected. We were warmly welcomed with a large fruit plate and a bottle of wine, and breakfast was provided with coffee, tea, milk, jam and cookies. The sea can be reached in 15 minutes, and the location is optimal for exploring the area. Many thanks to our attentive hosts Pina and Franco!

There are no surprises here. It is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, peaceful, gorgeous pool, comfortable, safe. Would definitely rent again. We loved every minute!
