Excellent accommodation and host service. The cleaners A charm and the cleanliness of 10. The apartment is very cozy, quiet and with access to all services. An ideal for enjoying a few days and refreshing energy. The hostess's proposals about places and restaurants of 10. We would be glad to come back, we hope it is very soon.

My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant stay at Javi's house during the San Isidro long weekend. The house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need. Javi was very attentive, he had no problem coming to solve a small problem with the heating quickly and efficiently. The area is perfect for walking around Pola de Siero without having to take the car, and on the same street as the house and surrounding streets you can park without paying (depending on the time, it may be a little difficult to find parking). The location is also perfect for getting around, beach, mountain, Gijón and Oviedo... everything is very close. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Margaritas place was great! We travelled with our 3 year old and she was super happy to see that there was an entire room with toys she could play with. The place was very comfortable and the location was incredible, right on the beach and had a kids’ park right across the street. The washer and dryer made it very convenient for us traveling with a little one.

On the days we stayed, from the first moment we felt right at home. The host gives you even more than what's in the ad, even sharing her time. Although my partner did not speak the language, he is delighted and if one day we have the opportunity to go again, we would be delighted to request this place again. There are supermarkets very close by, green areas and transportation is very good. I was impressed that although the dogs were always walking around the house, I never smelled any bad smells and everything was spotless. Excellent!!! I would love more experiences like this :)

Everything was fine from the start, the check-in was simple, clear and with instructions from the moment 1. He even gave us parking recommendations. He also gave us 2 copies of keys, which is always appreciated. The house is as described. It's comfortable, spacious (we were 5) and very well located. Also, it has dehumidifier. In our experience by Gijón usually the humidity is very high, so also point positive Very happy to have booked with Elena! and I will be back in the future when I pass through Gijón

This was a spacious apartment with parking very close by. The host provided thorough instructions. The kids loved the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood kids. Definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the area!

We were very happy on the floor despite the short stay, as it is very welcoming and comfortable. We value the garage square just a few meters from the house. Beds are very comfortable - we rested very well. It is very well located on a pedestrian street without any noise next to the Auditorium and a five minute walk from the City Hall. We will definitely repeat when we come back to Asturias which is a beautiful land!

All very correct, but we missed larger beds. Today, 1.35 is a little outdated

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

Helena is a simple and super attentive person, very hospitable and concerned that we have the best experience of the place. Pandel de Berruga is a beautiful place that must be cared for and protected, and Helena does so and raises awareness so that visitors do too. The house is beautiful, the views from the balcony and windows are dreamy ❤️ Hiking around is a must-do adventure 😍 Thank you Helena
