It has an unbeatable location in the La Arena neighborhood, about 150 m from San Lorenzo beach, one of the largest and with the most sand. Next to the emblematic Isabel La Católica park with large green areas, children's area and exhibition of birds of different species; and very close to the El Molinón football stadium.
