Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gijón

Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. Located in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

Lucia and her husband were charming, very helpful at all times and willing to do anything. We had a problem with the garage door and they solved it without any problem. They also had a nice touch and left us a box of cider. The house was much better than in the photos, the environment is quiet and the house has everything you need. We were a group of friends and we loved the stay. We would definitely come back. Thank you for everything, Lucia.

Good. I recommend this stay. The location is great, the area is quiet to be in the countryside and spend a vacation disconnecting. The area is great with fields. We were seeing cows, goats and many more animals since my daughter loves them. In general, everything was great, the house is spectacular as in the photos. We felt right at home since the owners are awesome and great. Thanks for everything

We had an amazing five days. The accommodation is amazing, just as described in the listing. Super comfortable, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and explained what to do and where, and we were in touch by cell phone in case we had any questions. We really enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone. 10/10

Beautiful clean apartment located a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station. Close to the historic area of Oviedo where there are plenty of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. Good communication with the host and very warm welcome on arrival. We recommend it.

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Beautiful, clean apartment in great location. Lots of space. It was difficult to locate not being a Spanish speaker but she offers instructions to assist. Not a fault of the host. Host is very responsive and kind.

From the beginning Cristian was super friendly and accessible. The house is unbeatable for a getaway to Asturias, incredible views and unsurpassed surroundings. In the mornings Cristian leaves something for breakfast then picks up the things to clean them, everything comfortable. The house is a 30 minute drive from Gijon and 40 from Oviedo so we went to both places. 100% recommended, yes it is available for sure we will be back.

Great place for large groups. We had 13 people at the house very well. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the living room are large. The outdoor areas are huge, with two doormen, a bbq area. Beatriz is very attentive and you can count on her for whatever you need

A quiet area with a nice landscape to disconnect. Clean facilities with all amenities. Rosana has adapted to us perfectly and has made it very easy for us to check in and out. Recommended accommodation!

The house is a pass, it is very bright and if the weather accompanies you, it is a joy. you are 15minutes by taxi from the center of Gijón. we will repeat without a doubt

Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; there were many of us and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and pick you up without a problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was always available when we needed her. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.
