Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gijón

Very nice and clean accommodation, pets are allowed and it is appreciated. Good location to visit Gijon, Aviles, Covadonga, Oviedo etc. The house has all the amenities, but there is a rooster in the village that wakes you up at 5.30, but it is not the accommodation's fault. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful traditional house, very well maintained and with everything we needed. Located in a very quiet residential area but very close to Avilés. Nuria was very communicative and made everything very easy for us. I would definitely repeat.

Good. I recommend this stay. The location is great, the area is quiet to be in the countryside and spend a vacation disconnecting. The area is great with fields. We were seeing cows, goats and many more animals since my daughter loves them. In general, everything was great, the house is spectacular as in the photos. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful rural setting just 15 minutes from the city. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped, it truly felt like home. We had a great time, if we lacked something, the location was very good near Oviedo and Gijón and with good plans nearby to visit related to the area and mining. The very nice and quiet estate allows you to enjoy nature and isolate you from the world , so it is also a good plan. I recommend going during the day at least the first time. For us it was a nice experience and to repeat it without a doubt. Thanks for everything.

It was an incredible family autumn in a very quiet atmosphere. An ideal place to feel calm and relieve the stress of the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you for your hospitality!

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

Beautiful clean apartment located a few minutes' walk from the bus and train station. Close to the historic area of Oviedo where there are plenty of tourist attractions and excellent restaurants. Good communication with the host and very warm welcome on arrival. We recommend it.

Thanks to Pepa for hosting us in her apartment, which is located in a very central area and allows you to shine in Asturias. The garage is a real plus.

The anti-friction contacted me at all times, always responded to my messages, even let us store our bags before the stipulated check-in time and also offered us the opportunity to leave them on the day of departure beyond the stipulated time. Friendly service. Clean and tidy spaces. It felt right at home. It had an automated heater so we wouldn't be cold... Everything was great, good value for money. Recommended.

We loved staying at Belen's place. The house is situated in the mountains with beautiful views. When we arrived, Belen greeted us with a delicious cake. The place was spotless and the kitchen well-equipped. The house is also only a 10 minute drive away from Pola de Laviana, where you can find some nice restaurants and other amenities. Belen lives just next door if you need anything. An ideal base from which to also explore the rest of Asturias. We fell in love with Asturias and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Very close to Gijón, and at the same time secluded; there were many of us and everything was great, one bathroom per room. Taxis take you and pick you up without a problem. Maria and her family are very nice and she was always available when we needed her. Flexible and attentive, 100% recommended.
