Gasgrill und Feuerstelle mit Holz sind vorhanden. Ein Whirlpool (75€ pro Aufenthalt) und eine Sauna (20€ pro Tag) stehen optional (gegen Aufpreis) zur Verfügung. Badezimmer befindet sich im Haus. Das Haus ist unbewohnt.

In our pet-free non-smoking apartment building, we rent the first-floor apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, conservatory and bathroom including towels. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible because the house can only be reached by stairs. Behind the house there is a small terrace for our guests. Unfortunately, our house is not suitable for toddlers. The apartment costs 90 euros per night for 4 persons. You can easily park out.

Vacation at Eichenhof.

On the oak farm you will find beautifully furnished apartment,horses,dogs,rabbits and chickens. Hunting opportunities or simply relaxation on a beautiful large property. Bed linen costs 6 euro per bed. Towels 3Euro per person. Final cleaning will be charged €70 uro. Please let us know if you would like to book towels and linens. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
