Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gif-sur-Yvette

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Wir waren ein Wochenende bei Claude, weil wir das Pokémon Go Fest spielen wollten. Wir waren also nur zum Schlafen und Duschen in der Unterkunft. Dafür reichte sie allemal. Man darf natürlich keinen Luxus erwarten, aber man sieht auf den Bildern, was Einen erwartet. Einfache Ausstattung, keine Klimaanlage und kein TV-Gerät. Für uns aber alles kein Problem. Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert. Das Signal scheint zu schwach zu sein. Claude ist nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir haben mit ihr alles im Voraus besprechen können, sie antwortete immer und ihr Nachbar war sogar so nett, uns von der Bushaltestelle mit dem Auto abzuholen! Die Sprachbarriere im direkten Gespräch konnten wir mit meinen geringen Französisch-Kenntnissen und einer Übersetzer-App ebenfalls überbrücken. Die Haltestelle des wirklich süßen Viertels Antony ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und bringt einen entweder direkt in die Innenstadt (Notre Dame zb) oder in 6 Minuten zum Flughafen Orly.

Maison en pierre charmante, très agréable avec sa terrasse, le baby foot, quelques jeux pour les enfants, la piscine et juste à coté un grand jardin avec montons, Lol (le chien très joueur) et un trampoline. Idéal pour notre famille et nos 4 garçons. La maison est bien équipée et la literie confortable. Les hôtes sont gentils et accueillants. Dans les environs, quelques musées très sympa et la base de loisirs d'Etampes qui est idéale en famille. A recommander si vous souhaitez sortir de Paris sans trop subir les bouchons.

La maison de Sonia et Alexandre est merveilleuse - Belle bâtisse nichée dans un jardin très bien entretenu - tres belle décoration ramenée des nombreux voyages de cette famille d’aventuriers Nos enfants ont aimé s’occuper des animaux de la propriété (chats, poules et chien - tous très gentils) Les petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners dans le jardin sont particulièrement agréables et permettent d’apprécier la vue sur la vallée Les équipements sont très appréciables (barbecue, table de ping pong, mobilier de jardin entre autre) Parmi les points forts : la salle de bain exceptionnelle installée dans la verrière - la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle, très lumineuse La maison était très propre à notre arrivée Nous recommandons sans hésitations

Que dire ce logement? En un mot Magnifique Je recommande fortement, tout est top, aussi bien que l’hôte et cette magnifique maison La preuve , je reviens la semaine prochaine +++++++++++

Excellent séjour dans une maison aussi confortable que moderne et très joliment décorée! Les espaces de vies sont lumineux, de nombreuses baies vitrées et un aménagement qualitatif font de cette jolie maison un havre de paix. La cuisine possède tout ce dont on a besoin, voir plus, et les chambres sont spacieuses et dotées d'excellentes literies. La maison est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, pratique et agréable à vivre. Notre séjour à Noël ne nous a pas trop permis de profiter du jardin, mais notre petite chienne l'a adoré! A noter les petits détails qui font la différence: grande propreté, petits cadeaux de bienvenue et bienveillance des hôtes.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, la casa está muy bien, es confortable, limpia y está muy bien equipada. Anne es muy amable y la comunicación con ella ha sido muy fluida. Muchas gracias por todo Anne!!!

The space was clean and modern, it had everything we needed. The place was so spacious compared to other options available, the perfect tranquil escape from the outside business. Would stay here again!

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

Schöne Wohnung, zwei Zimmer mit jeweils einem Schlafsofa, Sitzplatz draußen, in einem ruhigem Innenhof gelegen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet: Handtücher, Duschgel, Shampoo, Bettwäsche und alle Küchenutensilien die man braucht. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Öl etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Metro, div. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés, Creperie, Bäcker und Wochenmarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen). Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Victoria hat sich immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und war immer für uns erreichbar. Da Victoria nicht vor Ort sein konnte, hat uns Regina, die Hausmeisterin herzlich empfangen. Die Gegend ist sicher und zum Glück nicht von Touristen überlaufen. So kann man den Abend abseits der Massen genießen. Vielen Dank Victoria!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. A bientot Marion & Jessi

Audrey’s place is beautiful, cozy and very clean. I felt home, it made me want to stay in it all day. Plus Audrey herself was always very nice and responsive. Checkin and checkout were very flexible, which I really appreciate. I will definitely come back. Merci for hosting me in your beautiful home.

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Min datter på 13 år og jeg elsker oppholdet hos Anne-Claude og Pascal! Vi ble varmt tatt imot og følte oss trygge i den vakre leiligheten. Fantastiske omgivelser, deilige senger, rent bad og en rik og deilig frokost etter våre ønsker. Leiligheten er svært sentralt plassert med tanke på transport i Paris, og enkelt gangavstand også, hvis man synes det er fint å oppleve byen slik! Det er overraskende stille og fredelig i leiligheten til å være så sentralt. Deilig! Men det aller beste var Anne-Claude sin omsorg for oss, men fantastiske tips til transport, severdigheter og restauranter - som alltid gav oss 10/10 opplevelser! Tusen takk for oss! Vi anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste og håper vi kan komme igjen:)

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Mon séjour d'une semaine chez Margaret a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre est bien équipée, le lit est confortable et une fenêtre donne sur le jardin. C'est très calme et pourtant on peut rejoindre la rue commerçante de Vincennes en quelques minutes à pied. Paris est à environ 20 minutes en métro (ligne 1) ou en RER sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai eu de belles et intéressantes discussions avec Margaret. Elle et son colocataire sont des personnes très agréables et discrètes. Je peux recommander ce logement à 150 %. Merci pour cette bonne semaine Margaret.

Catherine’s place was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a spa like experience with delicious food prepared by Catherine, luxurious linens, high end bath products including cozy bathrobes and slippers. The listing is clear about the rules at Catherine and Étienne’s house and understandable since you are staying in their home. It is well worth the effort since the care and comfort provided by them is thoughtful and indulgent. My one suggestion is to have a back up plan if you are unable to arrive before 11 pm.

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.
