Vacation rentals with breakfast in Gif-sur-Yvette

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

We spent a weekend at Claude's because we wanted to play the Pokémon Go Festival. So we were only in the accommodation to sleep and shower. It was always enough for that. Of course, you can't expect luxury, but you can see in the pictures what to expect. Simple amenities, no air conditioning and no TV. But no problem for us. Unfortunately, the WiFi didn't work. The signal seems to be too weak. Claude is nevertheless a very good host. We were able to discuss everything with her in advance, she always responded and her neighbor was even kind enough to pick us up from the bus stop by car! We were also able to bridge the language barrier in direct conversation with my limited French skills and a translation app. The stop of the really cute Antony neighborhood is within walking distance and takes you either directly to the city center (Notre Dame, for example) or to Orly Airport in 6 minutes.

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

Sonia and Alexandre's house is wonderful - Beautiful building nestled in a very well-maintained garden - very beautiful decoration brought back from the many trips of this family of adventurers Our children enjoyed taking care of the animals on the property (cats, chickens and dog - all very nice) Breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the garden are particularly pleasant and allow you to appreciate the view of the valley The amenities are very nice (barbecue, ping pong table, garden furniture among others) Highlights include: the exceptional bathroom installed in the glass roof - the well-equipped and functional kitchen, very bright The house was very clean upon arrival We recommend without hesitation

What can I say about this place? In one word Awesome. I highly recommend it, everything is great, as well as the host and this beautiful house The proof is, I'll be back next week. +++++++++++

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicolas’s lovely house in Plaisir. We came to watch the Olympics (mainly equestrian events in Versailles) and it was easy to drive and park at the Plaisir Les Clayes station and catch trains to Versailles. The house is very comfortable, exactly as described, and Nicolas and his wife were excellent hosts. They were kind enough to let us check in early after an overnight flight from the USA, and were very helpful and responsive when we had questions. It was a peaceful spot, and convenient location for exploring many attractions close by.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

It was a very pleasant stay, the house is very nice, it is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Anne is very friendly and communication with her has been very smooth. Thank you so much for everything Anne!!!

The space was clean and modern, it had everything we needed. The place was so spacious compared to other options available, the perfect tranquil escape from the outside business. Would stay here again!

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

Great communication. It's walkable to Point Cardinet metro/train as well as a fair number of nearby stores, bakeries, cafes/restaurants. It's about €10-15 into main tourist areas.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

Audrey’s place is beautiful, cozy and very clean. I felt home, it made me want to stay in it all day. Plus Audrey herself was always very nice and responsive. Checkin and checkout were very flexible, which I really appreciate. I will definitely come back. Merci for hosting me in your beautiful home.

Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Mohammed’s place was in an excellent location. There is plenty to do nearby shopping, nice restaurants, and close to monuments. Mohammed was very helpful with check-in and showing me all of the details and how to use everything at the property. The place was clean, but not spotless. The property could use a professional deep clean. There were a few issues that came up, and Mohammed was quick to resolve them. So he was definitely a good host. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris, I had a lovely stay.

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

We had a comfortable stay with Anne and Pascal's place. They were very eager to help always, and their affectionate way of treating their guests indeed touched us. Breakfast was simple, with a nice coffee to end with. The place was within a short walkable distance from Gare de Nord station, which was a plus. Although the kitchen was a shared one with the owner, there was no issue in using it as required. Overall a nice stay for us.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

Catherine’s place was very well equipped and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed a spa like experience with delicious food prepared by Catherine, luxurious linens, high end bath products including cozy bathrobes and slippers. The listing is clear about the rules at Catherine and Étienne’s house and understandable since you are staying in their home. It is well worth the effort since the care and comfort provided by them is thoughtful and indulgent. My one suggestion is to have a back up plan if you are unable to arrive before 11 pm.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

We had three very good days (and nights) at Dominique and Erik's top floor. It's a unique place with more books on art you'll be likely to be able to look at. A large living room under the roof, next to bedroom and bathroom, decorated tastefully, quirky, friendly and with lots of art. It's minutes from the Metro and an easy walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg or the Rue Mouffetard/Contrescarpe or Rue Monge restaurants in the evening. Dominique is not only a very friendly host but as well has great suggestions for what to do or see in Paris - whether you're a first timer or there for one of many returns.
