What a gem 💎 of a place and Unken is such a beautiful little town and the gateway to a hiking and cycling paradise. Gabi and Josef were amazing hosts and had great recommendations for us, the walk around Dietrichshorn was an absolute highlight. We were very happy in this gorgeous apartment that had everything to make you feel at home 🏡

We stayed at the Herbstalm for a week in December with 4 adults and 3 children. The place was a dream for us. From the parking lot in front of the host's hotel, you walk about a 15-20 minute walk through the snow. The cottage is located directly on a cross-country ski trail and a ski slope. If you are looking for total peace in nature, this is the place to be. Super cozy and comfortable. The host family is very friendly and helpful. We would book the Herbsalm again in a heartbeat.
