Located 5 minutes from the train station and a 12-minute walk from the city center, you will find all types of shops on site (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, delicatessen) but also an Intermarché. In the neighborhood, several types of restaurants (traditional, pizzeria, kebab...) are within walking distance.

The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It consists of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor (20 m²). On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
