The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Approximately 15 minutes' walk from the train station and Elberfeld city center is the separately accessible apartment on the top floor of our two-family house, surrounded by gardens and close to the edge of the forest. It has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD player and parking on our property with private charging facility (Wallbox 22 kW) for e-cars.
