This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of the Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. Coffee machine and tea, towels, shower utensils, Wi-Fi and a desk for working. Restaurants such as the Floßländle are within walking distance. Free parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

Enjoy the comfort of a very cozy vacation home with 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor, fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom with shower, tub and Mediterranean tiles, towel dryer, etc. It is a spacious semi-detached house. You share the garden and parking spaces with the neighbors. Total space for 5 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds + 1 fold-out sofa for possibly 2 children). Dogs are allowed (plus a one-time €25 fee). Price includes linens and towels.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind.
