Amazing location in a quiet and peaceful little town about 20 min by train to Bern or Thun (we visited both during our stay). The walk from the train station was beautiful with many farm animals and barn cats :) Check-in was very easy, and Urs and Britta made us feel very at home and at ease. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and the sparkling water for the room was a very nice touch. We loved ou stay in Freimettigen, and we hope to find ourselves in this neck of the woods again soon so we can stay here again!

Foi minha segunda vez neste local nesta viagem de 30 dias. Mudei meu planejamento para poder ficar mais tempo neste lindo local. Tudo limpo, novo e muito aconchegante. Recomendo muito este local que inclusive fica a alguns passos de um grande shopping com muitas lojas e supermercado.

Samuel and Dorothée were awesome hosts, always responsive and helpful! Thank you so much for your care and hospitality! Merci viel mal! Location is just a stone's throw away from hikes and a 20-minute train ride into the city of Bern. A quick hop away from the Gurten, as well as the Gantrisch area. Two stops away from trains towards the Thunersee region. Apartment offered the comforts of home, a well equipped kitchenette to cook many meals at home. The spacious and comfortable bedroom and refreshing shower allowed us to rest and reset before each next outdoor adventure. We appreciated the views and the local scenic landscape (with many walking and bike paths nearby). Stay here when you're ready to experience more of Switzerland's charming landscape and culture beyond the high tourist areas of city centres!
