Very nice and cozy attic apartment with newly renovated bathroom, an open kitchen-living room and spacious bedrooms. In the immediate vicinity is the Sachsenring (less than 10 minutes by car) with numerous sports events (e.g. MotoGP). Many other attractions (Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz) can also be reached in the shortest time thanks to good connections to the highway.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. We spent a few nice days with our two young children at Karola's place. The apartment is above average equipped for families, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen Karola provided a lot, there was nothing missing. The kids loved the toys provided. The garden is beautiful, we only didn't use it at the winter temperatures. The house is located to the front on a quite busy main road. From the property you can reach many excursion destinations by car. Overall, we felt comfortable!

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks had been missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment for a small fee. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy, as shown in the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

I had a lovely time in Lichtenstein. The apartment is small and nicely furnished. Since I was traveling alone, the size was just right. Small things were also thought of, which I liked very much. The wifi worked well. The area is quiet. The parking lot is about 150 m away. I can definitely recommend the place.

For me, the perfect place to stay because I work nearby and do not come from Chemnitz area. However, not the most central location for tourism or downtown visits. The bus stop is right around the corner, but the bus does not run too often. The apartment itself is super nice, modern and tastefully decorated. Everything very much above and as shown in the photos. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
