Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Villages and remarkable sites (Castelnau Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and biking trails. Horseback riding for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

Family cottage located in a wooded park with swimming pool. Typically Toulouse, this small brick and pebble house will charm you. Its large swimming pool will delight young and old. However, it is not mechanically heated. It is really usable at the end of May and beginning of June depending on the weather for the more cautious. Large play and leisure areas are at your disposal. Great for family getaways.
