Castle vacation rentals in Gers

Our experience at Château de Bouvées was amazing. The place is pure history, very well kept, decorated and recovered by the host, Yves. He, his family and friends were very pleasant with us (the donkeys too, hahah). The castle's location is great, it allows beautiful bike rides in the vicinity, but to go to the market and shop, a car becomes interesting. The kitchen is one of the best equipped we have ever seen, where we were able to prepare our meals and have the host's great breakfast. I recommend it to everyone who can live a few days at Château de Bouvées.

We had a great time in this beautiful and spacious home kindly hosted by our host. We were also able to enjoy the beautiful park. We will definitely recommend to our friends and acquaintances because in addition the area offers beautiful walks.

We had the most wonderful stay - the purpose was to celebrate my Mum’s 70th birthday, with all 8 of her children and their offspring too. The chateau was above and beyond all of our expectations, a true slice of paradise, we could have stayed for MUCH longer! Qarla and Daniele were wonderful, excellent with communication, and my brother in law apparently purchased some golf sticks from Romain, so thanks! Wish we could do it all over again, the silence at night with just the sound of owls was just heaven for me. My kids have never slept so well!

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and cozy, the interior and the park are equipped with absolute love for detail, everywhere it invites you to linger and relax: by the pool, under the stately lime in the courtyard in the garden - with great views of the Pyrenees.. Fabienne and Patrick are the world's best hosts, friendly, helpful, informative - a completely inspiring stay, full of highlights, another the lush, delicious breakfast in a magnificent ambience. Highly recommended!!!!!

We didn't expect so much character inside this beautiful building. All rooms are richly decorated with objects brought back or made by the host's father. We don't invest in rooms, we share an experience, a place to live, a family history. Everyone felt good immediately. Two timeless days, in a Gers that is always so beautiful and authentic.
