This old barn has been completely renovated with quality materials and latest generation equipment. You'll love the mix of wood and black tones that give it a chic and refined look. The owners have their house a little higher up, not overlooked, and offer you their indoor heated swimming pool from April to November. Property spreads over 3.5 ha. Its position near Auch but also close to Vic Fezensac will allow you to discover the Gers.

Comfortable four bedroom character filled Maison de Gardien between Eauze and Cazaubon, in the heart of pastoral Gascony , famous for it’s Armagnac This house is a decorator’s delight. Filled with original and unique pieces, it generates a feeling of a time when life was slower and we had more time to linger. Mixing the practical with a collection of sensitively curated furnishings this is more of a home than a holiday house.

The property is composed of three separate and distinct buildings: a Gascon farmhouse type house (ours), a renovated barn (yours) and a barn. The land is 1.5 hectares and offers great diversity: a large orchard, a pond, groves and undergrowth, a grassy central square, meadows... The pool offers an area 2.8 m deep, access will be shared between you and us. A large covered terrace extends the cottage.

Gite La Halippe: charming cottage in the countryside

Come and discover our haven in the Gers. At the end of a cul-de-sac is the La Halippe gîte. The cottage is located in an old barn independent of an old farm on an estate of 4 ha. The barn is completely renovated in 2022 with its exposed stones and beams. Outside there is a large terrace with magnificent views of the vineyards and the Saint-Pierre de Condom Cathedral

2-bedroom apartment

The part intended for travelers is completely self-contained; it includes two bedrooms with beds for 2 people, one with a desk, a fully equipped living room with kitchenette, and a bathroom with toilet.

The Henhouse

The old henhouse is located in the park of a family property, with an area of 40 m², it offers the possibility to stay in a quiet and simple setting overlooking the Gers hills. Next to the house, two old ponds, often dried up in summer, naturally isolate the henhouse from the rest of the park.
