Wir vermieten in unserem Haus eine separate, saubere und sehr helle Einzimmerwohnung (ein großer Raum) im Souterrain/Untergeschoß mit ca. 45 qm an ein oder zwei nette Menschen (gerne mit einem Kind), die eine saubere, ruhige, helle und schöne Unterkunft in München suchen. Die Wohnung ist abschließbar und verfügt über ein Doppel-Bett (Queen-Size 140x200cm), eine Küchenzeile, sowie über ein eigenes großzügiges Badezimmer mit Fenster. Check in Zeit ist ab 16:00 Uhr. Check out bis 11:00 Uhr.

Die Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche / WC) und kleiner voll ausgestatter Küchenzeile verfügt über alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir wohnen selbst im Erd-/Obergeschoss, sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Russisch, Türkisch, und ein wenig französisch.
