Our apartment is suitable for home office. It is in a quiet and sunny location. The entrance is separate and leads via the staircase to the upper floor. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a cozy single bed (1 x 2 meters) and a cozy seating area that can be used as a double bed when folded out, as well as a dining area and TV. The bathroom, as a separate room, is only accessible to you. Starting point for excursions. Parking, small seating area in the garden under the trees.

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

The apartment is in a quiet and idyllic location not far from the city of Kempten (Allgäu) with great mountain views. Direct highway connection (A7). Perfect for singles or couples. There is a mini kitchen, as well as an extra bathroom with shower and toilet. You sleep on a sofa bed. Parking is right at your doorstep. The apartment is 15 square meters. The Allgäu is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany all year round.

Our beautiful accommodation offers a cozy home for relaxing and carefree days. 2 people will find everything necessary for a break in a small space: a fully equipped kitchen, a small, fine bathroom and an electric oven with a fireplace for cozy evenings. Overall, our tiny house is designed for sustainability: hot water and heat from solar energy. If you want to relax with other friends, you can rent the neighboring tiny house ;)

This stylish place to stay is perfect for small group trips up to max. 5 people - 2 bedrooms / 1 x king-size double bed and 1 x large double bed - and in the living/dining room the couch can be converted into a bed. The apartment is located in a district of Kaufbeuren - a pretty medieval town – in the Neugablonz district. Shopping is within a 5-minute walk. Parking is available directly on the property and free of charge.

The apartment is located in the Neugablonz district in a former office wing and was renovated in spring 2024. The center of Neugablonz with shops and cafés is within walking distance, but the apartment is very quiet. A private parking space is available. Children are absolutely welcome with us and are taken into account in the furnishings.
