Beautiful home near Germantown and short cab or Uber to Broadway. HUGE fenced in yard, perfect for groups and dogs. Easy street parking. Great place. Germantown has a lot to offer food are looking off Broadway.

Had a wonderful stay at Maria's place! The place was spotless and location was great to walk, drive or Uber to everything we needed to get to. Would definitely book again if in the area.

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

Excellent stay. Stephen has created a beautiful and comfortable place for you to stay while visiting Nashville. Everything is clean, everything works and is in good condition, and the details a pleasure. The size of the backyard / patio / carport are a big plus too.

This home was so fun to stay in with its themed rooms. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and exactly as described. Would highly recommend and would hope to stay there the next time we visit.

Love the location and the comfy beds! we had plenty of space with 4 of us, the beds were comfortable and plenty of space in each bedroom! We really enjoyed the firepit out back it was very peaceful in the evenings with the lights on completing the setting! The red headed stranger (tex-mex) just a 3 minute walkaway, iis one of the best I've had! I highly recommend checking this out for breakfast/brunch and they do take out! Just incase you don't want to queue! Top Golf is only a 5 min Uber away and Broadway is only 10/12 mins away definitely a great location!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

There’s nothing more comforting than feeling at home away from home. I’ve booked Airbnb‘s nationwide for many years and Ava is hands-down. The best host I’ve ever experienced, not even a close second. Even before arrival and check in, she was very responsive to questions about grocery stores, proximity to events, etc. Upon arrival at the property, you open the door, and your heart is put at ease by the cleanliness and quality of the property. Personally, I purchase groceries and meal prep during my stays. Ava‘s kitchen was well equipped for all of my needs. Secondly, I’m a big advocate of quality nights sleep. The mattress in the bedroom was extremely comfortable, felt like I was literally on my mattress at home. Lastly, Ava left a personal note welcoming us to her home. Book this property right now!!!

We had a great stay at Lulu's. It was exactly as described in every way and was everything you would want in an Airbnb. The check-in instructions may seem a little daunting but they are very detailed and shows pictures which made it super simple. Communication was great with Lulu and she was quick to reach out and make sure everything was okay for our stay. It was clean in every way, smelled great, and was extremely quiet. Our stay was during CMA Fest and Broadway was a 16-18 min walk and Nissan stadium about 26 minutes by foot. I would highly recommend this location and would certainly stay again on our next trip to Nashville. Also, don't let the murphy bed scare you. The memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable - no complaints! Thanks for everything Lulu, we had a great time.

Great location if you want to experience Nashville but want to be a little way from all the chaos of broadway. House was clean, had a lot of space and beds to accomodate my large party. Shuffleboard in the house is a pretty cool addition. Overall, really enjoyed my stay.

Easily communicated with us, and house was as expected with easy check in. Close to everything.

We were 2 parents in their 70s, an aunt and uncle in their 80s and a daughter. We all absolutely loved it. Very spacious bedrooms, super clean, spotless, neighborhood feel, private off-street parking, responsive host, excellent internet, great a/c, honestly top notch. Would absolutely try again. We had zero issues.

Jennifer and Jacob were kind and responsive hosts. Their condo was clean, comfortable, and included all the amenities you could want. We especially loved the record collection, and the double sinks in the bathroom. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and they responded immediately, and were extremely helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but still close to all the excitement of the city. The farmers market is amazing! There are many options for food, entertainment and activities close by. We would definitely book again!
