Historic details include an impressive oaken fireplace, hardwood floors, and built-ins. Relax on the front porch. The suite is in a 1920s historic house that has been renovated to keep the historic charm but also has modern day comforts. It has a private entrance, private bedroom and bath, living room, dining room and porch to enjoy your morning coffee or drinks before dinner. The suite does not have a kitchen but a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and mini refrigerator are provided in the dining room. Walk, Bike, Car (Uber or Lyft), Joy Ride, Music City Bus (this is a free Metro bus and has a drop off and pick-up locations 2 blocks from the house. No smoking on the premises. No parties or loud activities allowed. No outside guests are allowed to stay overnight. No pets allowed. Do not put luggage on the beds. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom. This home has been lovingly restored. Please treat it with respect. Germantown is a mix use neighborhood with residents and businesses. Please respect neighbors and the neighborhood by keeping noise at a respectable level (especially when coming and going at night) and not littering the streets.

Gather the family for a barbecue on the rooftop deck of this new house just two miles from Broadway. The spacious home boasts a gourmet kitchen, an open living and kitchen area for entertaining, a backyard, and a private porch off the master bedroom. Permit: 2O17STRO56595. This 3 story home has a rooftop deck with fire pit, grill and half bath on third level. House has gas fireplace, flat screen tvs with full comcast package (every channel), a big jambox and fast wifi. There are 3 bedrooms, but can sleep 10 comfortably. All mattresses and sheets are new and fresh. Rent it for Thanksgiving or Christmas to enjoy a family get together while cooking in the large open kitchen with gas stove. We have a Keurig and the house will be stocked with coffee and tea K cups and the fridge will be stocked with water bottles. But please bring your own food and drinks. You will have access to the entire home. You will be given an access code to the front door, or you can download the August smart lock app and we can grant you access. Upon entry, you will receive a garage door remote and a physical key in case the August smart locks stop working. 24 hour access available for late travelers if notified in advance. Guests that drive in can use the garage but plenty of parking in front of house as well. I live in Nashville and will be available for help throughout your stay via the app, text or phone. The house is in Germantown, the hottest and quaintest neighborhood in Nashville. It’s within walking distance of many of Nashville's top restaurants, bars, and breweries. Uber or Lyft is a great way to get around, but you can also walk or rent a bike (B Bikes stations are everywhere) to all the Germantown restaurants, shops, breweries and bars, downtown and more.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops and even Broadway. The roof top and balcony were wonderful places to relax and hangout. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen had everything you need to eat-in.

My fiancé and I stayed at his place while we were in town for CMA fest. He was extremely flexible about our check in and out times based on our flights. He was also very responsive when we reached out to him. His place was fantastic and we would definitely stay there again in the future. The neighborhood was good and walkable to downtown Nashville as well as attractions in the area.

Jennifer and Jacob were kind and responsive hosts. Their condo was clean, comfortable, and included all the amenities you could want. We especially loved the record collection, and the double sinks in the bathroom. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and they responded immediately, and were extremely helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but still close to all the excitement of the city. The farmers market is amazing! There are many options for food, entertainment and activities close by. We would definitely book again!
