Sonya’s air bnb was prestine! She communicated everything so well, gave me extra supplies and provided info on local attractions . She even asked what temperature I want the air conditioner set at. By far, this was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. So many different sitting areas. the bathroom is huge. The bed is huge and so so so comfortable.!!! Best air bnb ever !!!!

The place is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous. Tons of natural light. The neighborhood is walkable with a lot of bars and restaurants.

Absolutely loved my stay at Catherine's apartment. The location could not have been more perfect, very much love the Germantown area. Within walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and a short ride or nice walk to Broadway and all the action. The apartment was beautiful and very peaceful - loved the private deck. Catherine is an excellent and very responsive host and I will definitely look to stay here again. Highly recommend as someone who comes to Nashville quite often.

Had a great stay. Loved the sun porch, the relative privacy, and great location. would 100 percent stay again.
