Wir hatten einen wirklich fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Fotos können der wundervollen Unterkunft kaum gerecht werden. Perfekt macht das Ganze noch der Umgang von Wolfgang und Andrea mit uns als Gästen. Absolute Spitzenklasse! Wir haben uns selten woanders so wohl gefühlt.

Great place. very convenient for touring and exploring around the Bavarian area, Munich and other towns like Nuremberg and Stuttgart. the villages around the lake are amazing and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurants, bars and bakeries are DELICIOUS. Torsten and Andrea are amazing hosts that have made the location very inviting and comfortable. They have added lots of amenities and thought of everything needed to make our stay so enjoyable. Very easy to reach and very prompt with communications. Would highly recommend

Die Apartments liegen in einer sehr malerischen Privatgegend. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, daher gab es keine Probleme, eine Unterkunft zu finden. Mir hat die Durchdachtheit und Ergonomie sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. alles was Sie brauchen und noch mehr ist vorhanden. Ein großer Balkon ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen. Highly recommend.

Wir sind "Wiederholungstäter" und waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in dieser schönen Wohnung am Halblech. Wie immer war alles wunderbar - die Wohnung ist sooo schön und gemütlich und die Lage ist einfach einzigartig. Wir haben etliche Radtoren unternommen, ins Ammergebirge, zur Wieskirche, zu den Seen - alles von der Wohnung aus. Der schöne naturnahe Staudengarten kann mit genutzt werden und jeden Tag besuchte uns Mietzi, die Nachbarkatze zum Kuscheln. Einfach perfekt! Und obendrein gehört die Wohnung und das Haus zwei sehr netten und herzlichen Menschen :-)

We loved our stay—the apartment was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. The kitchen was well stocked, including with some basic groceries (a very nice touch). Our first day was overcast and rainy, and Magda offered suggestions for weather appropriate activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Nous aurons de bons souvenirs de notre séjour dans la belle villa. L’accueil incroyable de Katja avec son sourire, ses mots gentils n’y est pas étranger. Elle nous a indiqué les meilleurs restaurants et commerces du village. Sur la table nous attendaient un excellent gâteau et des confitures faits maison, des fruits et des fleurs. Katja est très attentionnée réactive. L’appartement spacieux et meublé avec goût ne ferait pas regretter un temps pluvieux, d’autant plus que la bibliothèque bien fournie pourrait nous occuper quelques mois! Le parc accessible aux hôtes est bordé d’arbres centenaires. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement. Merci Katja!!

Wir waren 8 und haben eine Team-Workation gemacht. Das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im großen Wohnzimmer!

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten Wandern. Da gibt es in der Gegend viele schöne Wanderwege. Calimoto hat da geholfen. Fußläufig ist eine gute Wirtschaft in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben auch gerne einmal die Sauna im Garten genutzt. Nachts ist es ruhig. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder und bringen unsere Fahrräder mit. Abends konnten wir an dem großen Esstisch auch Spiele machen. An dem großen Fernseher konnten wir den letzten Spieltag der Bundesliga verfolgen. Dunja hat auf Anfrage Tipps gegeben und ist sehr freundlich. Grüße Johannes

Liebe Christina, auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich begegnet sind, sage ich Danke, dass ich in diesem schönen Haus meinen 70. Geburtstag mit der Familie verleben konnte. Es waren wundervolle Tage und das Wetter spielte auch noch mit. So konnten wir das Seegrundstück genießen und den See erobern. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war ein Vergnügen gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen. Jeder von uns hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt. Ein herrliches Fleckchen Erde. Herr Ott (der Hausmeister) war fürsorglich zugewandt und mit Rat und Tat da. Dank! Liebe Grüße Ingrid

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Rosalind und ihrem Mann in Empfang genommen. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche und sympathische Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und München oder Starnberg sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir waren zu 4. da und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist relativ steil und eng was für uns kein Problem war aber mit Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte das ein Thema sein. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft eine Emfpehlung!

Der Check-In war unkompliziert und die Unterkunft den Angaben entsprechend. Gerade für eine größere Gruppe ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden bereitgestellt. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist mit dem Bus alle 30 Minuten ausreichend. Wer später als 01:00 Uhr aus München zurück fahren will, muss warscheinlich auf ein Taxi/Uber zurückgreifen. Sonst ist Lage sehr angenehm und ruhig. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit allem was man sich wünscht.

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

A perfect place to stay in a lovely quiet suburb. The house was very large and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here just before a long flight back home, and it was perfect to wind down and relax but within walking distance to public transport to explore the city. Nadia was a fantastic proactive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic place and host. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule after our flight was cancelled and when we needed to extend our stay. The area is absolutely fantastic and very walkable to a lot of wonderful restaurants and shops. There is even a bar right by the front door if you are into that sort of thing. We would stay here again and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine / zwei Personen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Treppe zum Mezzanin ist ziemlich steil. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist ok - in der Stadt Schwabmünchen ist man in ca. 20 Minuten oder man läuft 30 Minuten.

Bei Alice kann man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlen. Vorab erhält man alle notwendigen Infos, kein herumprobieren mit der Spülmaschine oder ähnlichen. Die Unterkunft war super ruhig, man hat auf der Terrasse einen fabelhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Ein kleiner Fluss verläuft direkt hinter dem Gartenzaun. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir fanden die Unterkunft super, sie ist sehr gross und es hat alles was man braucht. Mit dem Auto konnten wir alles schnell erreichen. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, der Gastgeber hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert und jemand kam, um das Problem zu beseitigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect – quiet and beautiful, with lovely walking paths nearby. There was even a fitness studio downstairs that we could use, which was a nice bonus. The check-in was easy and straightforward. We would definitely come back! ☺️
