The heart of the property has remained intact: a tree-lined park, a vegetable garden tended with passion, and a lush garden, all immersed in an authentic atmosphere within walking distance of the center.

La Casetta in San Maurizio

My grandparents used the Casetta in the summer to find the cool on the hill. It stayed as it used to be, but inside it has been updated to welcome all year round. You will find a comfortable one and a half bed, an equipped kitchen, smart TV and wifi, amenities with shower, sink and toilet. Outside a small garden with table and hammocks. Free parking and a bus stop in front of the house. San Maurizio is at the top of the hill, with tranquility and clean air, and less than a 15-minute walk from the center.
