The home was great of course, but what made this booking more special than most was Brittnee's willingness to open her heart and help me out. My initial booking cancelled and It was one week from a huge festival. There was no way I could find nor afford another place for our party in one week. Brittnee happened to have a cancellation as well and she was kind enough to work with me to book her home. You can't always know everyones personal story, especially on an App, but I will be forever grateful to Brittnee for her kind heart. The home is perfect and I look forward to renting from her again!

john’s place was a great spot to stay at for the weekend! the description and photos matched the actual house perfectly. there were some inconsistencies with the water pressure in the showers and a lot of spider webs/spiders in the master bathroom, but everything else was perfect!

This home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and one child! My siblings and our families all came into to town from Phoenix and Houston to watch our neice play at the Texas Shootout Showcase. The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a great add on, and Anthony was a great host. The only thing I would warn about is that all bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have anyone with a disability in your group, this would be the only reason to consider not booking it.

AMAZING AIR BNB!! My husband and I have stayed at a handful of air bnbs in Austin and this one if our favorite. Great location, private, comfortable bed, amazing bathrooms. The plus was the fancy massage chair! You won’t regret booking here!

We had an amazing time at Alyson's home. The home fits a large group very well with ample space for everyone. The kitchen is a dream and the master shower, wow, best shower of my life!!!. Our daughter got married at Kindred Oaks and this home was so conveniently located, took only 3 minutes to get there. Thank you for being such a wonderful host, it felt so warm and at home.

We had a great stay with our two small children. The house was very clean and all the amenities you would need were available and in good working condition. The property is in a quiet area with good parking, easy access to Austin and the surrounding area. We will be staying here again!

The house was just as they described. They provided a wonder welcome packet both at the house and PDF that was sent to me prior to checking in. They put a lot of thought into it including things to do in the area and places to eat. We loved that they had games available, all the kitchen appliances and utensils, coffee bar, etc. They were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay again. I had a delightful stay at Luis’s place in Austin. What I liked the most was how minimalist the apartment felt, while at the same time very cozy and stocked with most of what I needed — an in-unit washer and dryer, for example, and a steam iron! I liked how clear Luis’s self-checking in instructions, which included pictures, were. Moreover the apartment was in a serene location conveniently located close to most places we wanted to check out. Luis and Rick were very responsive, kind, and generous when we had queries or when we made requests for items to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying at Luis’s place while you’re in Austin!

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay! Plenty of parking spaces which was perfect for a car rental around Austin. Our beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you!

The Airbnb was beautiful. We loved staying there. It was clean and quiet. I would totally recommend it to everyone. The location wasn’t too far from restaurants and different activities we wanted to do, so that was a plus. Communication was great as well. If we needed help with something, Izzy responded fairly quickly.

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

Our party of nine enjoyed a great extended weekend stay at this property while in Austin for my daughter’s college graduation. The place was spotless and the scenery was beautiful. The location is a perfect combination of peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. Also, the downstairs primary bedroom and bath perfectly accommodated one of our older guests who requires a wheelchair, while the three upstairs bedrooms and sofa sleeper were just right for our large party. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

Brett’s space is probably a top 5 Airbnb I have experienced in my over a decade of experience on the platform. Clean, well situated, stock full of amenities. This is a can’t miss spot in Austin

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

My friends and I had an awesome time at this location! Perfect for a large group, plenty of sleeping options, a few cute restaurants within walking distance, but the rest of town is quick drive away. Highly recommend!
