Mike was an incredible host, the property was lovely, and was easily walkable to downtown Georgetown! 10/10 recommend! We left a computer charger at the home and Mike went out of his way to get it returned to us quickly!

Incredible stay for our leadership group! Comfortable beds and spacious, thoughtfully designed barn with vibrant forest green, stone, and wood accents. Cozy touches made it feel like home. The outdoor oasis was perfection—gorgeous saltwater pool with plenty of lounge chairs and peaceful atmosphere filled with soothing bird sounds. Truly relaxing and serene. Perfect for romantic getaways, family trips, corporate retreats, leadership gatherings, staycations, or friend groups. Our stay was wonderful! This lovely home is spacious, fully furnished, extremely well equipped, extremely comfortable & sits in a picturesque & peaceful neighborhood close to everything in Georgetown. The host accurately describes the home on the listing and the place is very clean too. We loved many things about our stay: easy check-in/checkout, comfy beds, private & fully fenced yard, tranquil setting & great communication with our host. We were in town to deal with a sad family event and this home offered a welcome refuge for us during a difficult time. We will book again the next time without question!

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

Jay's place was absolutely amazing. Very peaceful, clean, comfortable, easy to find and even has neighborhood park with pickle ball, pool and lake access. Close to lake Travis and Austin, but with a private and exclusive feel. The pool was amazing, but most of all the host was very responsive, respectful, friendly and accessible. It overall is a 5 star experience! I would definitely go back and I highly recommend!

Lovely home and beautifully decorated. We had to stay for a week for my husband’s job and I work from home. It has a cozy office with great internet and a nice patio to hang out in the evening. The home was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time at this place! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Stephanie's thoughtful touch was evident in the helpful videos she provided, making it easy for us to navigate any issues. But the real highlight was the serene outdoor space! The peaceful atmosphere was incredibly calming, and we loved unwinding by the pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was the perfect cherry on top of our stay!

It felt like a home away from home, beautiful zen location for our family to enjoy coming back to for a literal rest and relaxation after intense all day conventions in Austin. I would totally come back just for a relaxing vacation here at this house.

We came to town for a friends wedding and stayed here for 2 nights. It was absolutely perfect! We felt at home from the moment we got there. The pool is FABULOUS and you can tell Kristen and Jeff truly take care of their home and property. The instruction book was very thorough and we knew exactly what was needed. We will absolutely be coming back to this home when we are in the area.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

First time in Austin for a wedding/family trip. The home was very clean and minimally decorated (which we appreciate having a toddler). The pool was very well maintained and we got a lot of use out of it. We also appreciated the gate around the covered back porch to separate the pool from the house and was a great place to hang out for breakfast, nap time, or evenings when not in the pool to block the sun on hot days. The fence around the pool was nice for privacy purposes. Ann was very responsive with any questions we had. Overall the space was exactly what we needed for our trip and is very well maintained. Would definitely stay again if back in Austin!

We had a wonderful stay at Sommer and Peter’s home. It is exactly as pictured and provided us a great combination of kids space and an area for our older adult family to visit and be comfortable. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the Round Rock area!
