E-Mart (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot), Daiso, and 24-hour E-Mart, GS25, and 7-Eleven are all within a minute's walk. It is located around Lotte Resort, which has an excellent landscape. Daepo Port, Oeongchi Port, Dulle-gil, Cheongcho Lake night view, Yeongrang Lake drive course, seafood center and Abai Village Gaetbae (5 minutes by car), surfing lessons at the breakwater, and 2 minutes away from Sokcho Beach after playing in the water, you can take a hot shower in the yard of the accommodation. In particular, you can use the 150m2 private house to have a barbecue in the yard. The exterior is an old low-rise villa, but the interior is cozy and really tried to make it look neat. Also, since it is located in the center, there are amenities within a 5-minute walk, making it convenient to stay.
