It is a new two-story house in a quiet rural village. The first floor is occupied by parents, and the accommodation is operated as a single-family house on the second floor. You can access the accommodation by the outside stairs, so you can check in non-face-to-face, and you can use the barbecue, yard, tap, terrace, etc. freely by yourself ~ Your parents are resident, so we can respond right away, such as inconveniences or requests. It is rural, but most of the nearby restaurants, cafes, amenities, and tourist attractions can be reached within 20 minutes by car.(15 minutes to Sokcho Beach, 6 minutes to Mulch Beach, 6 minutes to Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes to Sokcho E-Mart, 15 minutes to Seoraksan Cable Car, 10 minutes to Naksa Temple, etc.) If you use a barbecue or pot lid, the additional cost is 30,000 won. Charcoal, firewood, torches, grills, etc. are all available, so you just need to bring food. There is also a table on the terrace, so if you want to eat simply, you can use the burner and griddle. This is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.My major was interior design, so I was interested in architecture.I saw such a long-standing aspiration in a romantic house. A modern and fun-style duplex building built with a combination of white tones and wood, each with its own bathroom on the first and second floors, and pointed to the design to make sure the light and breeze work while being perfectly blocked from the outside. The view from the second floor, sunlight and wind are exotic and special, so it is quiet. The blooming in the small garden on the first floor deck is in the flowers. I think you can forget about your daily life for a while and relax to wash your mind.
