A clean house, good hospitality from host. we got welcoming drink also. location near to shop, just walking distance. every room has 1 single and 1 queen bed, with functioning aircond.

The host very responsive during my stay and answering all my questions politely. The place very spacious to accommodate my whole family! We are also surprised to see the 7th “bedroom” hidden on the second floor 😉The kitchen needs a bit of improvement due to faulty appliances, but this didn’t affect our overall stay. Kitchen utensils are complete! If you want to cook, you have to prepare the oil and food yourself. The toilets are clean, but if too many people use, there will run out of hot water.

The villa proved to be an excellent location for my dad's 60th birthday party. There was plenty of space and the hosts were very communicative throughout our stay.

Host was really great through the booking, checkin and stay at the place. She was very responsive and addressed any question quickly. Flexibility was huge plus point. Actual place looks exactly like photos. Living room area is actually better than photos with very tall ceilings large windows and incredible natural light. Great views of the surrounding area from the third floor patio. All the people that attended the birthday party were really amazed by the location and house. Would highly recommend.

The house was just as advertised: spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a good range of facilities that is ideal for our large group. An absolute hidden gem! Tranquility and privacy at its finest. Pak Nor was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Very spacious and suitable for family gathering. I love the compound and the host was very flexible and allowed me to check in earlier and she even checked if everything is ok the next day. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a staycation out from the city. Restaurants and convenient stores are very close about 7 mins drive and location is very strategic. Great house. Big swimming pool. All bedrooms equipped with airconds and many beds. We with lots of family members stayed there with spacious and can roam freely. Recommended.

John is an absolute delight to work with, the place even better still! I hosted the morning of my wedding here with a Chinese tea ceremony and the photographers and videographers loved it! Everyone who came into the space was in awe of it, myself included. Would love to come back again!
