The house is spacious, my family enjoy fishing, lots of fish even though the pond size not as large as we expected.. the kids enjoy running around.. En Kamal is very kind, responsive and generous.. we also booked the other cottage available within same area.. overall is ok..

The groundskeeper & host: Albert was incredibly attentive, interested and responsive to any requests we had. I appreciated Ley Soon's flexibility in accommodating us and his responsiveness as well. The house: Very spacious! The indoor/outdoor toilet made it feel really holiday-like, in the main master room. The rooms are clean, have ample space and beds. Beds were clean, and airconds felt well maintained. Bathrooms are simple with no issues with piping or smell. We really liked the ample space outside for BBQ & setting up tables. Things to take note of: - No Wi-Fi but data coverage isn't an issue. - The gate is heavy and is meant to be manually opened and closed - I was looking for the button XD there isn't one! - It is in a housing area in a small town, so expect the usual sights, sounds and smells (i.e. rooster calls, open burning). I think that you will experience this no matter where you stay in the area.

Really satisfied with the villa we stayed in. Great hospitality and all the staff were being really helpful. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Perfect place for a huge family like mine, we ordered food at Kathys Kitchen and it was delicious even though my family has quite a high expectation when it comes to food. The bbq was good, everything was served on time. So the ladies took a good break from cooking and could enjoy the holiday well. My uncle pulled his back otw to the villa cause he had to drive quite a bit, the host was so nice to help to find us a masseuse even though it was almost 8:30pm at night. The only fall back was it’s a jungle so there was a lot of insects but the only one that was dangerous was the hornets, and they get into the villa as it’s attracted by the light. But we manage to be careful. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the price for everything was very reasonable. Super spacious and can fit big family. The host was very friendly and attentive.

The host is very friendly and recommend some local attractions and foods for us. Thanks to the host we able to get durian with nice price. The house is big and clean, also near to the town. However, some of the facilities are required to do maintenance, for examples: faucet cannot be closed well & ceiling in the toilet leaking. Overall, it was a good stay experience for my family and I.

Had a great weekend staying here. Totally back to nature with a very calm surrounding. A cozy villa to stay with a big family. Very nice and friendly people around.

We had a wonderful stay -- the place was perfect for our family outing! The Game Room was impressively well-equipped and kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything we need for cooking, and the BBQ made our outing even better. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We also appreciated the complimentary coconut water and fruits from their orchard -- such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend.

It is not just an ordinary stay. It gives you a whole experience of living timelessly in between of nostalgic and classy. Long dining table, kids and elderly walking on the grass. Natural lights and fresh air pouring into the house. The room is designed perfectly where muslim can conveniently pray. The kitchen is culinary enthusiast's dream. High ceilings and exquisite furnitures is pure magic. The fresh heliconia vibing a lovable and peaceful energy. Everything feels curated, loved, lived-in timeless and elegant.

A quiet hide away not too far from township which you can enjoy good food. love the greenery around and cool river dip Jianshen was nice to take us on walking trail on the next day, always attentive and responsive. Great peaceful stay which I have wanted

An absolute hidden gem! Tranquility and privacy at its finest. Pak Nor was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The entire staff was nothing short of amazing—so polite and genuinely kind. And the view? Simply breathtaking—like something out of a postcard! Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again. This place is a must-visit. Highly, highly recommended!

Overall, it was an excellent experience staying at jian lin's place. However, my friends and I were delayed check in due to water recession issues which are out of their control, but big ups to Jian Lin and Mr Rajan for handling the situation swiftly and accommodated us as best as they could. We went on with the stay and they provided enough water supply for the night. Reliable host indeed. Complete amenities (mostly provided as listed) and nice ambience around the woods. Definitely recommended for large groups that loves to take a break from the bustling city. Cheers.

Great villa in a beatiful and serene location. Spacious, good for family or friends get together. Kitchen and BBQ area are well equipped. Vincent was very responsive to all our enquiries. Stairs to the 4 bedrooms in the main house (to note if have elders in the group). Not much to do in the surrounding areas, nor halal restaurants so please arrange for catering or home cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean.

Had such a great time at Box Pool Villa! The karaoke system was awesome, and we had so much fun singing all night. The place is super cozy and perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. They even have all the stuff you need for BBQ or steamboat, which made dinner super easy and fun. The pool was a great spot to chill and play around, and the snooker table in the gaming area was a nice touch. Furthermore, really loved that every room had its own bathroom with a water heater very convenient! Honestly, such a cool spot for a getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill and fun place to stay!

It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly unwind and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. The host was an absolute delight, patiently answering all of our doubts, no matter how trivial they seemed. Suggestions, the barbecue area currently it is an open - air space, which makes it unusable during rainy days. And the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable and the blankets, while cozy at first glance, seemed to lack warmth on cooler nights. Upgrading to better quality pillow and blankets would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the stay.
