Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Genting Highlands

It was a short but pleasant stay. The host was very responsive, which I really appreciated. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, the bed was large and comfortable, and the inclusion of a water dispenser was a nice bonus! Everything was great overall, except for the air conditioning. Although the unit was set to 17°C, it didn’t feel cool at all, it felt more like the ambient temperature. I ended up having to open the window for some ventilation. Unfortunately, once the window was open, there was a loud noise coming from the lower level, which I believe was from the air conditioning exhaust system. Despite that issue, the rest of the stay was enjoyable and the apartment had everything I needed.

THE BEST !! WORTH PAYING

We had an amazing stay at this unit. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain views, white fog and chilly weather that added to the charm. The provided water filter was a great bonus. There were few issues during our stay. The water heater took quite a while to heat up, so we had to wait before showering to avoid the cold. Reaching the unit was also a bit tiring as we had to park our car in a different building and walk over. Additionally, we noticed some stains on towels and bedsheets, which were quite visible due to the all-white color. Despite these small hiccups, we truly enjoyed our time here.

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

My family and I were already in Kuala Lumpur and needed 2 apartments in the same building. I contacted Jack, the host, and asked if I could view some of the apartments listed. He was kind in allowing me to view those that were available and all of them were modern, clean and had everything you would need for a long stay. We chose two that happened to be on the same floor and truly enjoyed our stay. The Robertson is conveniently located in the center of Bukit Bintang with restaurants, cafes, stores and malls all within walking distance. Jack is a wonderful, helpful, friendly host and would not hesitate to book with him again. Thank you Jack for everything!

Great place, so clean and responsive host, i will recomended to my family and friends

Stayed here during a quick business trip around Batu Caves and wow—this place delivered. Clean unit, but what really sold me was the whole apartment complex. The security guards were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay Parking costs RM10 a night, but honestly, with how smooth everything else was, I didn’t mind. If I’m back in the area for work, I’m definitely booking this place again.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. It’s clear that the host thoughtfully prepared the space to make guests feel welcomed and “at home”. From the special treats provided to the comfortable spaces where we could work and relax. We were able to have a special Christmas (our first away from home) together and enjoyed watching all the New Year’s fireworks from the balcony! The well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals with ease. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. .Ths location is very safe and we enjoyed walking to Zus Coffee and the Lotus nearby. We could definitely see ourselves returning to stay in this space in future visits to KL. Highly recommend Darren as a host and the his womderful apartment!!

The owner was very helpful with check in and during the stay, they were kind enough to provide 3 access cards which make everyone so convenient

The apartment was clean and cozy, looks exactly like the photos. Ying Shy was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Clear check in instruction, we checked in smoothly even during late night. Also, great location, it's only 15mins drive to Genting Highland. Just one thing to take note, it took longer time for taking the lift during check in/check out time, better spare some time for this.
